The PRIKAT 9920 catalyst is an active nickel on an aluminum substrate. The catalyst contains about 22 percent nickel. It is coated with hardened vegetable oil as a protective layer.
It is used for selective hydrogenation of animal and vegetable fats. It has high activity and excellent selectivity in edible oils.
Properties:
— optimal selectivity in various hardening processes when used especially at low temperatures;
— high activity and good resistance to catalyst poisoning;
— good filtering ability that does not require additional filtration;

PRIKAT 9920 can be stored in closed bags or barrels for two years without changing the quality of the catalyst.
The PRIKAT 9910 catalyst is an active nickel on a substrate of silicon oxide (silica). The catalyst contains about 22 percent nickel. It is coated with hardened vegetable oil as a protective layer.
It is used for the hydrogenation of vegetable and animal fats and oils, has high activity and good resistance to poison poisons. It is also used for the complete hydrogenation of such oils.

Catalysts specifically designed for fats with a steep melting curve with extremely high selectivity – PRICAT 9908;
The PRIKAT 9908 catalyst is a nickel / sulfide nickel catalyst on a kieselguhr substrate, produced by the dry reduction method. It is coated with hardened vegetable oil as a protective layer.
It is used for the production of partially hydrogenated fats and oils of solid consistency and with a special (steep) melting curve.
The properties
— a high degree of activity during transisomerization with high selectivity. Low catalyst consumption with a short reaction time;
— an excellent opportunity for reuse, which gives the catalyst high efficiency when used;
— excellent degree of filtration; no additional filtering is required;
